Responsibilities

Plan and manage multiple concurrent complex projects

Work with key stakeholders to develop a clear understanding of a business need, define the project goals and charter, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives

Apply project management tools/techniques

Drive project-related change management

Manage multiple stakeholders, aligning on common goals and communicating risks; run effective meetings

Develop and maintain project plans, identify resource needs, and manage project schedule

Build relationships of trust across functions and organizations; collaborate effectively across teams to define strategy, goals and commitment to timelines and deliverables

Anticipate the needs, risks, and challenges of your projects

Develop creative and practical solutions based on evaluation of multiple factors

Deliver value by leading project teams and by driving effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and other Project Managers

Drive projects forward amid stalling forces

Required

3+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional projects and you are a practitioner of the project management craft.

Previous experience working closely with software engineers, QA, product managers and other engineering teams to get high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle (build, test and release on time).

Previous experience successfully managing complex cross-functional projects, defining operational metrics and generating problem statements that are supported by data you have compiled.

Excellent interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills (written and oral).

Exceptional process and analytical capabilities.

Comfortable talking about technical matters with business people + business matters with technical people, and comfortable getting buy-in for your ideas with a demonstrated affinity for metrics.

Be highly adaptable and agile in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment; able to thrive within ambiguity, and strive to meet aggressive goals.

Able to break down information in a systematic and consumable manner, and analyze information to find trends or diagnose problem areas.

Passion for decomposing and defining workflows and processes.
