Responsibilities

Manages, plans, and coordinates activities of projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects.
Establishes work plan and multi-disciplinary staffing for each phase of project and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
Prepares and delivers comprehensive weekly and recurring project status reports for internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of progress, risks, and upcoming milestones to facilitate informed decision-making.
May manage sub-contractors and their workforce.
Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modified schedules or plans as required.
Identify, assess, and monitor potential risks throughout the project lifecycle, including financial, operational, and technical risks.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to reduce the impact of identified risks.
Maintain a risk register, ensuring it is updated regularly and that risks are proactively managed.
Provide regular reports on risk status to senior management and stakeholders, recommending adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track.
Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
May manage Project Supervisors/leaders assigned to specific projects.

Required

Bachelor’s degree
At least 2 years project management experience
At least 5 years project management experience in lieu of educational requirement
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively and be driven by group feedback
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet given deadlines
Close attention to detail, without losing sight of the bigger picture
High sense of personal accountability and self-motivation

Preferred

PMP Certification or willingness to obtain
Experience in Fulfillment & Distribution, Pharmacy Fulfillment, or related industries
