Responsibilities
Lead and support projects and initiatives for our client's Research Policy Team, ensuring progress and resolving obstacles.
Identify potential roadblocks, prioritize competing needs, and provide creative, actionable solutions to maintain project momentum.
Manage project timelines and deliverables while building and maintaining respectful relationships with stakeholders.
Update and improve processes and tools, ensuring they meet the team’s evolving needs.
Create, maintain, and organize resources in the internal knowledge database, such as the UX Research Wiki.
Develop and manage content for internal team communications, including monthly and quarterly digests.
Collaborate with stakeholders to curate and deliver clear, high-quality documentation.

Required
3+ years of experience in Program or Project Management with a proven ability to deliver end-to-end results.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills for creating documentation, managing planning efforts, and collaborating across teams.
Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently, embrace ambiguity, and deliver results with a high level of detail and creativity.
Preferred
Familiarity with HTML and basic web design.
General knowledge of research or UX design.
Experience in managing newsletters or communication campaigns.
