Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret data related to HIM and revenue cycle operations, providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Work collaboratively with the IT team to design, develop, and implement Epic system enhancements.
Conduct regular audits of the Epic system to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting system issues, and providing training as needed.
Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and develop solutions using the Epic system.
Participate in the development of strategic plans for the utilization of the Epic system, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, utilizing this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of all system modifications and enhancements.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HIM Analyst, Epic Analyst, or Revenue Analyst.
Proven experience with Epic systems, including system design, implementation, and support.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, with a focus on ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Knowledge of health information management and revenue cycle operations.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to health information management.
