Responsibilities
Responsible for project management, client interaction, and technical and fee proposal preparation within the designated engineering practice.
Responsible for managing projects, developing scopes and budgets, conducting engineering studies, and preparing technical reports for a wide variety of high-profile projects.
Assist the engineering practice leader in project budgets and technical deliverables, QA/QC reviews, technical and price proposals, and communication with clients.
Other duties include marketing, business development, and expanding the engineering practice.
Supervisory responsibilities may include planning, developing, coordinating, and directing large projects, conducting research, or serving as a staff specialist.
Good communication, supervisory, and mentoring skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple projects are necessary.
Valid driver's license required for travel as needed.
Successful candidate should have demonstrated business development and project management experience within the past 2-4 years.

Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 - 12 years of professional experience.
Appropriate professional certification preferred.
