Responsibilities
Serve all stakeholders with integrity, humility, and joy while consistently modeling the importance of both task competency and relationships;
Participate in Company events, activities, and meetings with a smile and an infectious, great attitude;
Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation;
Coordinate and collaborate with a cross-functional team, from data analysts to marketing professionals and instructional managers;
Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation;
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and guidelines;
Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope or schedule to ensure that project requirements can be met;
Establish and cultivate relationships with relevant internal stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes;
Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks;
Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party partners, including vendors and contractors;
Assign and monitor team sprints to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables;
Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan;
All other duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field required
Minimum of four (4) years of project management experience with a proven track record in effective execution of project plans
Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master required
Private, distraction-free, professional remote work environment with high-speed internet required
Ability to pass required background checks
Strong interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to consistently lead and serve others with humility, kindness, empathy, and joy
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in developing, using, and maintaining project dashboards and software such as Asana, Project, Jira or similar
Detail-oriented, initiative-taker with strong attention to deadlines and compliance guidelines
Experience adhering to brand guidelines
Proven success working with all levels of management
Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent presentation and meeting facilitation skills
Strict attention to detail
Preferred
Experience in the education industry
Experience with Mac OS, Google Workspace products, and Asana
