Responsibilities
Project procurement management to ensure materials and subcontractors availability at project site as per schedule.
Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedule to field operations and subcontractors.
Complete Job Progress Report (JPR) process monthly.
Review Project Daily Log daily for accuracy and completeness, communicating concerns to project teams.
Collaborate with General Superintendent and Equipment Director to manage equipment budget and progress.
Identify and resolve project issues, escalate risk management concerns to Regional Director.
Review V-plans and sequencing plans, collaborate with field operations for solutions.
Lead, coach, and develop PE's and APM's to become Project Managers.
Manage project documents, safety requirements, licensing, permits, insurance, and bonding.
Uphold Company's commitment to Integrity and Code of Ethics.
Perform other relevant tasks as assigned.

Required
A Bachelor of Science in Engineering preferred, or equivalent in training and experience.
At least five (5) years of construction experience.
Creative and results-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with all types of individuals.
