Responsibilities

Leadership of the project team including motivating, managing, teaching, and mentoring members.

Ensuring compliance with safety standards and promoting an Incident and Injury Free (IIF) work environment.

Reviewing project proposals/plans and coordinating time frames, funding, and staffing requirements.

Directing and coordinating project activities to ensure progress within budget and schedule.

Communicating contract changes, conducting negotiations, and tracking financial progress.

Maintaining ethical standards and compliance with Manson's Code of Ethics.

Supervising employees on construction sites and carrying out related responsibilities.
