Responsibilities
Ensures that projects are run in compliance with the Organizations requirements.
Provides guidance to project teams.
Administers the project budget.
Plans & schedules resources for a group of projects.
Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Maintains the project documentation library.
Ensures adherence to Midlands project approval process.
Triages all project concept and project business case documents throughout the demand management process.
Attends meetings and determines project requirements.
Prepares project organization and communication charts.
Chairs site meetings and distribute minutes to all stakeholders.
Tracks the progress and quality of work being performed.
Uses project scheduling and control tools to monitor project plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
Effectively and accurately communicates relevant project information to the stakeholders.
Ensures stakeholder’s needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Functions as a partner/liaison between Operations and other Midland teams as needed.
The role requires occasional travel for training and team meetings, and willingness to travel periodically, to locations within the market as needed.
May require work in a Midland office to ensure collaboration and support of internal and external customers.
Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
Other duties as assigned.
Qualification

Required
Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3-5 years relevant banking experience.
3 or more years leading projects.
Ability to obtain PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification within 6 months of hire.
Six Sigma Certification is strongly preferred.
Systems Management background.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills and time management skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems Management background.
Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
