Responsibilities

Responsible for successful delivery of medium-to-large sized projects, or smaller projects with significant complexity.

Administers a project and project team throughout all phases of project.

Develops project plans.

Works with the finance partner to establish a project budget.

Maintains project documentation.

Analyzes projects, identifies issues and risks, and develops issue resolution and risk mitigation plans to maintain positive project health.

Ensures use of standardized project management methodologies, processes and tools and delivers within approved budget, schedule, scope, and meets quality standards.

Project Management Professional (PMP)Project management experienceHealthcare experienceMaster's degree

Required

Bachelor’s degree

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or ability to secure the PMP certification from the PMI within 12 months of placement in the job

Minimum four (4) years of project management experience

Preferred

Master’s Degree

Experience in a healthcare setting
