Required

5+ years of relevant experience related to project or construction management.

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.

Preferred

Subject matter expertise in any of the following practices: corporate office interiors, ground-up development, hospitality, industrial, multi-family or healthcare.

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management is PREFERRED.

Both verbal and written communication skills are vital, and, of course you'll be good at establishing relationships with all levels of the organization & external clients.

Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of project management technology tools and continually seek opportunities to develop your skillset.

Proven track record of results, act decisively, think big, and manage your time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
