Responsibilities

Manage projects from inception to release or full project life cycle

Facilitate, lead and record team project meetings

Manage multiple projects of significant complexity, ensuring timely and budget-compliant deliveries

Implement detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations using the company’s Project Management Methodology and software

Assist in defining user stories, prioritizing backlogs, sprinting, and executing iterative production releases for agile projects

Update project management reporting dashboard with relevant information

Prepare periodic progress reports for the Executive Leadership Team

Mentor and train team members on project planning and implementation

Provide weekly status reports on assigned projects

Keep work plans updated with status and resource changes

Identify risk areas and develop mitigation processes to ensure successful project completion

Apply analytical skills to make critical decisions and recommendations for project-related problems

Comply with corporate compliance responsibilities by adhering to Neighborhood’s Corporate Compliance Program and regulations

Required

Bachelor’s Degree, and/or years of relevant experience and background to equate to the degree

Three (3)+ years Project Management experience

Three (3)+ years of Project experience with system implementations

Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across the organization and to interact, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels of management

Experience working within agile frameworks like Scrum and operating in a hybrid waterfall/agile environment, including work in agile tools such as Jira

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment

Confident team builder and leader with strong motivational skills

Adept in problem solving and resolving conflict with effective negotiation skills

Proficient in MS Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio and Outlook) and SharePoint

Demonstrated ability to establish detailed project plans with accurate resource and time estimates

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Must have outstanding time management and organizational skills

Ability to work cooperatively with a large group of team members from cross-functional business areas

Experienced in demonstrating leadership, influence and collaboration in a matrix-managed environment

Experience in creating Ad-hoc presentations or project reports

Preferred

PMP; Project Management Professional credential and/or PMI-ACP; (Agile Certified Practitioner) certification

Three (3+) years’ experience in a medical and/or HMO environment

Experience in mentoring and training colleagues
