Responsibilities
Lead and manage projects to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget
Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
Take on challenging tasks and strive for excellence
Contribute to solutions and help in problem-solving
Maintain knowledge of projects including safety, scope, proposals, and construction methods
Resolve issues proactively and develop plans to support business and customer relationships
Ensure proper documentation for subcontracts and vendor agreements
Act as a liaison between detailers, architects, and engineers
Review project status, financial information, and reconcile discrepancies
Review and approve invoices and ensure timely billing to clients
Coordinate deliveries, project closeouts, and billing documentation
Follow safety policies, attend project meetings, and participate in weekly in-house meetings

Required
Associates degree or higher in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in project management
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Timberline, Excel.
Preferred
Experience in construction or steel fabrication industries is a plus
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
Experience with Agile project management methodology is a plus
