Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project schedules and calendars with input from OSP engineers
Facilitate team meetings, provide meeting minutes and action items
Build strong communication channels with internal stakeholders across different departments
Track tasks assigned to the project team and prepare regular status reports
Responsible for tracking project changes and producing updated schedules
Track budget and gather performance measurements of ongoing progress
Ensure smooth communication within the project team and other cross-functional teams
Interface with internal/external stakeholders regularly

Required
Understanding of Outside Plant (OSP) engineering and/or construction or experience in the field
Background in project management in a field related to civil, environmental, or utility construction
Ability to clearly articulate expectations and drive success
Organization and the ability to multi-task is a must
Experience with MS Office suite of apps
Experience with AutoCAD and/or Visio
