Responsibilities
Build strong, collaborative relationships with federal government clients to understand their priorities and align our solutions accordingly.
Provide leadership to project teams, promoting empowerment, high engagement, and a sustainable pace to ensure quality outcomes.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint demos, retrospectives, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
Act as an Agile coach, guiding teams through Agile and Scrum methodologies to foster collaboration, predictability, transparency, and a culture of innovation.
Monitor and manage team goals and performance, ensuring alignment with broader business and federal government objectives.
Identify and resolve potential problems, creating corrective action plans and driving successful resolutions.
Manage product roadmaps and oversee changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Take responsibility for overall contract and project cost management, ensuring that projects stay on scope and within budget through active budget tracking and burn-down tracking.
Work closely with corporate operations and federal clients to manage expenditures and communicate project progress through proper change management protocols.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
5-8 years of project or program management experience, particularly in the federal government sector.
Experience working with low-code/no-code platforms such as Appian, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Pega.
Ability to adapt to changing environments, shifting priorities, and new directions quickly.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to clarify processes and assist in conflict resolution.
Experience using Agile performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
Familiarity with adapting new teams to Scrum methodologies and guiding them through the stages of storming, forming, and norming.
Expertise in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
In-depth knowledge of Scrum theory and Agile practices.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification (or similar certifications acknowledged by PMI or APM).
Preferred
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Relevant Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).
