Responsibilities
Assist project sponsor to collect initial client requirements, identify assumptions, assess project feasibility, estimate costs and schedule, business development and proposal, develop objectives and project charter, engage stakeholders
Create project portfolio, develop PM plan, prepare for procurement, kick off meeting
Project documents, procurement, supervise project work, implement changes, perform quality assurance and audits, manage and evaluate project and team performance, conduct status meetings, maintain communication with stakeholders
Measure project performance, perform quality control, maintain project information databases, verify scope, collaborate with accounting
Ensure final delivery of product to the client, seek feedback on the product and process, conduct project retrospective, communicate findings to PS Leadership, and update the lessons learned and process improvement database

Required
Bachelor's or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Drive
4+ years’ experience in a professional environment
4+ years’ experience in a technical environment
Exceptional communication skills & professionalism
Experience managing Geospatial/GIS project(s)
Strong leadership skills
Strong writing skills
Initiative and follow-through
Problem solving skills and critical thinking
Familiarity with project management processes and tools
Successful evaluation skills and good judgment
Ability to maintain a professional and positive demeanor in times of stress
Ability to interact professionally and effectively with clients
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, project management, science, or engineering program
Client Relations Experience
CAPM, PMP, or active pursuit of project management credentials.
Skilled in financial tracking and reporting with prior experience managing project budgets.
Experience working with GIS-based production teams, with an emphasis on collaboration and workflow optimization, is highly desirable.
Familiarity with transportation asset management, pavement assessment, and analytics is a plus.
Prior experience working with Lidar and imagery data, including data collection, processing, and analysis, is advantageous.
