Responsibilities
Lead and oversee project planning, execution, and closure of compliance projects.
Ensure conformance to necessary security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 27701, SOC 2, FedRAMP) for all systems managed by IT, Security, and technical teams.
Support risk management activities and lead audit preparations, including conducting business continuity exercises and maintaining documentation
Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring expectations are aligned, and maintain regular communication on project status, risks, and updates.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and potential issues to ensure projects stay on track.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and manage vendor security and data privacy questionnaires.

Required
3+ years of experience in a Project Manager, Compliance, GRC role or similar capacity with a focus on SOC 2 compliance.
Strong skills in writing high-quality documentation, audit reports, and compliance summaries.
Agile and adaptable to changing business and regulatory priorities.
Experience working in a global, collaborative, and often virtual team environment.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
Certified Internal Auditor (ISO 27001, ISO 27701, or equivalent)
Familiarity with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, is a plus
