Responsibilities

Take ownership of the entire individual project life cycle, from inception to deployment and post-deployment support, for software development projects.

Concurrently manage multiple projects, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Effectively manage project scope, issues, and risks.

Deliver projects within time, budget, scope and quality.

Manage all project and non-project processes that directly or indirectly impact delivery.

Manage 3rd Party providers/technical teams (both internal and external to Playtech).

Manage stakeholder/management expectations.

Ensure project reporting are up to date, and project status and reporting are always accurately maintained.

Conduct weekly project/program meetings to discuss project progress, risks, and issues with the relevant operators.

Be involved in pre-sales/concept stages of upcoming projects.

Required

Knowledge of project management best practices.

Technical Background (Academic or recent experience) with a plus for online gaming experience or nearby areas.

Recent hands-on Project Management/Delivery experience in a software development environment, with familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Monday.

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities.

Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

Good presentation skills.

High standards of both written and oral communication.

Appreciation of both waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies, and the ability to apply them appropriately.

A highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for learning and growth.
