Responsibilities
Works with project team to develop comprehensive project plans, including charter, objectives, scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
Works with project team to define project goals and deliverables. Creates and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Assembles project teams and assigns responsibilities. Provides clear direction, guidance, and motivation to team members. Fosters collaboration and effective communication among team members.
Monitors project progress and performance against key metrics. Identifies and addresses potential issues or risks proactively. Ensures adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Develops standardized scorecard to facilitate communication with stakeholders on a regular basis. Keep stakeholders informed of project status and escalate promptly if needed.
Ensures that project deliverables meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
Coordinates with department heads to secure necessary resources for projects and ensure resources are used efficiently.
Manages subcontractors and external vendors as needed.
Maintains detailed project documentation, including project plans, reports, and change logs.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field and five years of experience Project Management or related field preferred. An individual with an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
Experience in managing complex cross-functional projects required.
Experience with Microsoft Office products required.
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification preferred.
