Responsibilities
Work with new and existing customers to implement QGenda products into their current infrastructure by overseeing and supporting all assigned activities to ensure that they are delivered on time and within scope on complex implementations.
Managing teams of internal stakeholders to ensure that all customer requirements are scoped and delivered on time and within budget.
Develop and maintain documentation to effectively manage onboarding new customers, project planning, requirements gathering, resourcing, budgeting, change management, risk management and project close.
Collaborate within and across teams to identify opportunities for continued innovation and improvement.

Required
Deep understanding of Project Management methodologies according to PMI standards.
Strong critical thinking, negotiation and problem solving.
Ability to effectively lead a complex implementation from sales handoff to go-live.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
BS degree or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of experience in managing projects of large size and complexity in an external customer-facing environment in the IT or Healthcare industry.
Experience utilizing SalesForce or similar CRM software.
Proficient working with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
Travel up to 20%.
