Responsibilities
Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
Develop and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, coordinating with internal teams (e.g., development, QA) to ensure alignment with client requirements.
Act as the main point of contact for customers during the project lifecycle, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring any potential delays or issues are proactively managed.
Ensure all project documentation is completed and maintained, including contracts, timelines, and client deliverables.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and resolution of any project-related concerns.
Lead the customer onboarding process, gathering requirements, and ensuring smooth implementation of the Qtrac system.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage software configuration, testing, and deployment, ensuring alignment with customer workflows.
Deliver training sessions to customers, ensuring they are equipped to use the Qtrac system effectively.
Customize system configurations to meet client-specific needs, including defining workflows, SLAs, and reporting structures.
Develop and maintain implementation playbooks, ensuring consistent delivery across projects.
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients, gathering feedback and ensuring system functionality meets expectations before go-live.
Ensure smooth transition from implementation to support, providing the necessary documentation and training for the Help Desk team.
Manage post-implementation client relationships, acting as the point of escalation for any technical or operational issues.
Oversee the setup and configuration of hardware, such as kiosks and tablets, ensuring compatibility with Qtrac systems.
Monitor system performance post-launch, ensuring stability and addressing any operational issues as they arise.
Collaborate with the QA and development teams to resolve customer issues and work through new customer enhancement requests.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, enhancing customer satisfaction and system efficiency.
Ensure on-time project delivery in line with client expectations and agreed-upon SLAs.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective project management and post-implementation support.
Accurately track project progress and ensure all deliverables are met within budget and timeline.
Foster strong client relationships, ensuring successful long-term use of Qtrac systems.
Maintain up-to-date implementation documentation, ensuring all projects are properly tracked and documented.

Required
Strong project management experience, with a proven track record of leading successful software implementations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to manage client expectations and communicate technical information clearly.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage internal and external stakeholders.
Proven ability to meet project deadlines and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Experience with software configuration and system integrations.
Preferred
Technical background preferred, with knowledge of system architecture, implementation methodologies, and software development lifecycles.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
PMP certification preferred but not required.
