Responsibilities
Have knowledge of the VA Benefit Programs (https://www.va.gov/) and Administrative Appeals Programs
Provide Quality Management Support, Quality Assurance Planning and Quality Process Implementation
Coordinate and participate in meetings including preparing meeting invites, agendas, meeting minutes, briefing materials, executive summaries, and other distribution materials
Provide the status of the Program Assessment and Q&A Sessions
Hold a Kick-Off Meeting to introduce key personnel and ensure understanding of contract requirements
Provide a Project Management Plan describing the approach, organization of resources, and management controls
Develop delivery dates for all deliverables and provide a delivery schedule for tasks and deliverables
Provide a Weekly Status Report of all requirements being met and ensure timely completion of deliverables
Hold monthly progress meetings with Board stakeholders to brief on deliverable status and reassess the Project Management Plan
Provide the COR with Monthly Progress Reports reflecting data accuracy and consistency

Required
Bachelor's Degree
8 years of experience
Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs
Ability to work for any US employer without requiring sponsorship
