Responsibilities
Leading project planning sessions
Coordinating staff and internal resources
Managing project progress and adapting work as required
Ensuring projects meet deadlines
Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
Designing risk mitigation plan
Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
Direct point of contact bridging the business project owners with IT technical resources

Required
1-3 years of experience in Project Management or related field
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or IT Project Management preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership, team management, and motivation skills
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Understanding of project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
In-depth understanding of modern day SDLC practices
Ability to relay technical specifications into business definitions
Preferred
Previous scrum master experience is a plus
Experience working in Jira or Azure DevOps is a plus
PMP Certification is a plus
