Responsibilities

Collaborate on execution of existing projects and programs.
Ensure high trust among project partners and stakeholders.
Create and maintain project management plans, documentation, and budget tracking.
Cultivate expertise in stakeholder mapping and problem-solving.
Facilitate information sharing and collaboration with stakeholders.
Monitor and support awareness of program area and funding opportunities.
Support proposal development processes and funder/client communications.

Required

Bachelor's degree
Minimum of three years' experience in energy efficiency, clean energy, energy equity, and/or utility demand side management
Experience and expertise in at least one of the following: building energy codes; building energy modeling; energy efficient technologies; utility program design, implementation, and/or evaluation
Demonstrated ability to manage work for multiple projects concurrently, adapt to shifting priorities, meet project objectives, and maintain a healthy work-life balance
Experience managing teams and people, contractors, and vendors and setting expectations for performance
Deeply value equity and are committed to learning how to effectively advance conversations about diversity, equity, and inclusion in the energy sector
Enjoy interacting with others, listening to their needs, and responding accordingly
Responsible, self-motivated, and organized, with great attention to detail
Comfortable within a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative, cross-functional team environment
Committed to learning and growing, upgrading knowledge and skills, and accepting, learning from, and offering feedback
Legal status to work in the United States
Completion of COVID-19 vaccination series or approved exception
