Responsibilities

Carry out cost analysis, estimate resources, manage expenses, and consumption during the project.
Interact with customers and partners to coordinate project requirements and execution.
Facilitate the site leader and management team to ensure activities are carried out correctly.
Prepare project start, team training, manage pre-execution stages, and materials.
Create a comprehensive work plan with phases, milestones, and methodologies for teams.
Communicate with clients and partners, participate in meetings, and provide reports.
Be fully responsible for project analysis, preparation, development, and delivery.
Monitor customer visits, evaluations, and formalize acceptance processes.
Interview and define the management team for project execution.
Focus on customer service, compliance with rules, policies, and regulations.
Maintain order and cleanliness, ensure work plan compliance, and modify as needed.
Comply with activity schedules, deliveries, quality standards, and safety policies.
Perform operational tasks and activities assigned by management.

Experience in Construction, Production, and/or Maintenance
Knowledge and experience in Manufacturing, TPM, Failure Analysis, and 5S
Experience in Continuous and Focused Improvement
One year in Engineering Project Management
One year in the Management of large teams
One year in Construction Management
Have worked in Industrial Production and Maintenance
Lean Think
High Organization and Discipline
Critical, Analytical, and Strategic Thinking applied at an advanced level
Time and Change Management
Verbal/written communication and negotiation skills
Proactive, dynamic, resilient, and collaborative
Results-oriented
