Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage all phases of the project from sale through production completion.

Assist with production scheduling to align with customer timelines.

Lead pre-production meetings and design reviews as needed.

Track project status and costs with detailed record-keeping.

Generate RFIs, change orders, and submittals as required.

Utilize ERP software for efficient project tracking.

Collaborate with the Project Engineering team to ensure timely delivery of design engineering, 3D modeling, shop drawings, and production files.

Act as the voice-of-the-customer in internal meetings to support continuous improvement.
