Responsibilities

Oversee and inspect exterior projects (roofing, siding, windows, gutters, doors, etc)

Manage crews and subcontractors

Prepare scope of work and change orders

Ensure that all work is installed per contract documents

Assist in resolving construction issues to maintain productivity

Meet face-to-face with customers

Collect the outstanding balance at the end of the project

Return any excess materials to suppliers

Perform other duties as determined by the management of the Company at its discretion

Required

2+ years of roof-specific construction experience

Strong communication skills – written and verbal

Able to climb ladders and work at heights up to 3 stories

Able to stand and walk on roofs

Able to lift 75 pounds

Driver's License

Preferred

2+ years of construction management experience

Hands-on experience with exterior projects (roofing, siding, windows, etc)
