Responsibilities
Develop project requirement/project plans and scopes of work from inception (strategy/brief) through execution
Ensure all deadlines are met, project status is monitored, and stakeholders are informed of status at all stages (specifically, monitor and communicate project progress, risks, and issues)
Collaborate closely with the RevOps team to improve processes and automate workflows using Salesforce, optimizing business operations
Work cross-functionally with managers of each department, including Sales, Product, Engineering, Business Development, Revenue Operations, and Asset Management, to ensure that new portfolio launches and all other process improvements are completed on time, within compliance and milestones are met along the way
Lead preparation of reports and updates on project performance for internal and external stakeholders.
Challenge existing ways of working and continuously seek ways to improve collaboration and coordination
Implement lessons learned from each portfolio launch to optimize future workflows and processes
Serve as the point of contact for all project-related communications

Required
5+ years of experience in driving process optimization, using Lean/Agile tools and methodologies
Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI)
Proven experience in reducing steps, eliminating waste, and improving processes in a growth-oriented environment
Commitment to continuous improvement and to enabling a process-minded organization
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Ability to influence and guide teams, even in a matrixed organization, towards achieving common goals
Enthusiastic, positive, and team-oriented
Excited to work in a fast-paced, growing, scale-up environment
Preferred
Renewable energy, community solar, and/or utility industry experience a plus
Certification: PMP or equivalent Project Management certification; Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Agile Project Manager (PMI-ACP)
Strong Excel skills; SQL skills
Salesforce Admin certification
