Responsibilities
Looking after an area of stores in the South East, this role will take ownership for projects within this division.
Building relationships with partners and stakeholders to help deliver and support our Specsavers stores.
Dealing with minor works and a refresh, to relocations and new stores.
Taking ownership for anything from negotiations with landlords, reviewing costs and ensuring projects are running on time, to the day-to-day management of contractors on site.
Managing delivery of new space fit out projects and projects within a live trading retail environment.
Understanding the necessary consents, documentation and co-ordination required with the retail team to ensure robust delivery on every scheme.
Self-managing very busy workloads, influencing and challenging, and having strong communication, collaboration, and organisation skills.

Required
Experience in delivery of new space fit out projects
Experience with projects within a live trading retail environment
Detailed understanding of the necessary consents, documentation and co-ordination required with the retail team
Ability to self-manage very busy workloads

Strong organisation skills
Willingness to travel in the South East of the UK weekly
