Responsibilities
Managing a variety of project types and initiatives.
Facilitating kickoff calls for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensuring high-quality end results with clearly defined scopes and quantifiable business benefits.
Managing scope rigorously to meet time, cost, and quality commitments.
Developing and executing communication plans per project requirements.
Building and maintaining positive client relationships.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Overseeing project start-up, quality, and compliance.
Handling change orders effectively and resolving issues promptly.
Monitoring and controlling project budgets.
Reviewing subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders for accuracy.
Collaborating on project schedules and work sequencing.
Managing project schedules and cost control.
Coordinating transportation, materials, and subcontractors to meet project timelines.
Coordinating approvals and permits with engineering and permit personnel.

Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
3+ years of project management experience
Willingness to travel ad hoc, up to 90%
Capability to lift 50 lbs
Experience in diverse team environments and matrix management
Excellent communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and creativity
Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project
Preferred
PMP or CAPM certification
