Responsibilities
Drive day-to-day management of all PR agencies across domestic and key international markets.
Lead hands-on collaboration with international PR agencies in select markets, including the UK, Southeast Asia, and Australia, working closely with agencies to build market-specific strategies and adapt global campaigns to resonate locally.
Assist in the planning and execution of market entry strategies, partnering with agencies to support brand presence in new territories.
Manage annual and project-specific PR plans in collaboration with the Director of Influencer and PR, ensuring seeding, pitching, and activations are executed to plan and that timelines are met.
Support international awareness efforts by partnering with retailer and distributor PR teams, facilitating communication to ensure timely execution and success across regions.
Execute press events to support new product launches and larger brand initiatives.
Report on weekly and monthly press results to the wider team.
Handle press interview requests across top-tier media outlets, collaborating with internal experts as necessary.
Oversee agency-led media award submissions as well as the licensing and management of awards when applicable.
Ideate creative tactics to support awareness through consumer and industry press-related initiatives.
Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance the usage of quality press coverage.
Assist in developing PR budgets and manage budgets according to plans.
Manage product inventory and sample allocation for all PR agencies and press activities.
Build brand equity by managing media outreach efforts that enhance credibility and reinforce brand loyalty.
Drive initiatives to sustain and expand the brand's share of voice across media outlets, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence.

Required
4+ years of experience working with beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
A willingness to push boundaries, take initiative, and lead groundbreaking PR efforts to elevate the brand’s presence globally.
An understanding of established and emerging editorial outlets.
Experience working directly with and managing PR agencies.
Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in writing articulate and engaging PR materials.
A willingness and interest in developing personal relationships with media contacts on behalf of the brand.
Proven ability to take initiative to support company, department, and personal goals.
Eagerness to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred
International PR experience is a plus.
