Responsibilities
Analyze architectural blueprints and specifications for Division 10/12.
Ensure compliance with project requirements and design intent.
Prepare and submit product submittals on time.
Collaborate with suppliers to procure materials per project specs.
Establish budgets with the estimating team and monitor project costs.
Coordinate staffing and resource allocation with superintendents.
Develop and maintain project schedules for timely delivery.
Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and teams to optimize timelines.
Provide project updates, presentations, and foster positive customer relationships.

Required
2-3 years of relevant experience.
Strong work ethic, multitasking ability, and detail-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of costs, sequencing, and organizational skills.
Proficient with computers and technology.
Drywall/Interior finishes: 2 years (Required)
Project management: 1 year (Required)
Ability to Commute: Cary, NC 27513 (Required)
