Responsibilities
Collaborating effectively with agile matrixed teams to deliver successful project implementation.
Partner with stakeholders across the organization to manage the implementation.
Understand, represent, and support all aspects and uses of the application.
Manage and evangelize the project from beginning to end, including scoping, user stories, estimations, feature reviews, and communication of goals, milestones and issues.
Partner with internal and external teams to manage dependencies and cross-team initiatives.
Communicate clearly and effectively with all members of the team.
Actively participate in all major technical discussions related to the application.
Create a culture of observability within the team, constantly keeping an eye on the performance and stability of the application.

Required
Hands-on project management experience with SaaS applications.
5+ years experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing technology projects using Agile methodologies.
Experience in data governance policy application and data loss prevention.
High level of comfort with MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Visio, PowerPoint and Excel.
Ability to communicate technology concepts to non-technology staff and at all levels of the organization.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to coordinate and facilitate activities with colleagues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, can multi-task, and have good verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred
Business analyst experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred.
MS degree a plus.
