Responsibilities

Project management leadership and support for new site openings and expansion projects including:

Project management

Monitoring and tracking milestone progress

Status reporting, tracking and risk identification

Communicating risk, mitigation strategies and issues across all project participants and stakeholders

Establishing, communicating and tracking responsibilities and deadlines amongst large, dispersed, remote, teams

Maintain and synchronize project plans for executive reporting

Assist in the day-to-day execution of new site openings and expansion projects including:

Define logistics and set-up meetings with internal and external parties

Follow-up with department heads to gather status, risks, barriers

Gather and synthesize information to complete key deliverables (using provided templates)

Improve the site opening process by suggesting enhancements to tools/processes

Report on progress through a project management report tool (Task Ray) to stakeholders

Partner with leaders across the organization to ensure our team meets their needs

Actively manage new site opening and expansion project risks; identify and suggest solutions for cross-functional integration issues

Respond quickly to inquiries during business hours

Develop and maintain an in-depth of knowledge across all aspects of Outpatient Behavioral Health operations

Possess confidence while participating in meetings and contribute as appropriate

Coordinate with numerous business partners on multiple concurrent projects

Demonstrate high emotional intelligence and strong business acumen

Conduct all business in a professional manner with clear, concise, and polished communications (verbal, video and written)

Required

Requires a BA/BS degree.

1 year of relevant work experience, including project management and/or provider operations (outpatient Behavioral Health preferred), or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Experience with project management tools and processes

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and track projects with minimal supervision

Ability to perform independent research and learn new software tools with minimal supervision

Track-record of rolling up your sleeves to get things done

Know the importance of teamwork and collaboration

Superior communication skills

Healthcare (payor, provider, healthcare information technology)

Intermediate-to-advanced skills with Microsoft Office 365 suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio)

Willingness to travel (up to 10%)
