Responsibilities
Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project scope and requirements.
Obtain and review bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and bid proposals for submission to clients.
Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate and communicate with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project requirements and expectations.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to answer technical questions and provide updates on scheduling changes.

Required
Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team facilitation and motivation.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in conflict management and problem-solving within a team setting.
Preferred
Proficiency in Nutshell or similar project management software is highly desirable.
