Responsibilities

Providing vendor management support to ensure all projects are properly staffed and filled to meet requirements.

Ensuring all required project service documentation is completed and up-to-date. Participating in discussions regarding future projects that are part of Verizon's workshare.

Ensuring Verizon stakeholders are engaged in future project planning and scoping efforts and providing PMO requirements for these efforts.

Providing oversight of new project implementations.

Leading and managing innovative new product projects from start to finish.

Planning, anticipating issues, and adjusting to meet objectives.

Detailing all phases of the project including meeting minutes, metrics, and reporting.

Driving the project and keeping team members on track.
