Responsibilities

Work with the CEO to create and manage a seamless UX and CRM system.

Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders.

Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.

Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Remain cognizant of multiple concurrent projects, continually prioritizing activities by importance, deadlines, status, and dependencies

Schedule and attend project-related meetings as needed to keep project on track

This position is a (1099) contractor position

The compensation for this position is $25/hr.

You have your own office, computer, and a reliable internet connection.

We are looking to start with approximately 10-20 hours per month. As we scale, the hours required may change. Let us know how much availability you have.

Must be available between the hours of 9am-6pm Mountain Time, Monday through Friday

You have experience in Adobe, Google Suite, Trello, Toggl, Confluence, Mural, Hub spot, among others and have proficiency with Mac.

You have professional-level fluency in English
