Responsibilities

Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate project goals, progress, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, manage risks, and implement changes as necessary to ensure project goals are met. Prepare and present regular status reports to the Manager of Project Management.
Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring resources are used efficiently and effectively. Identify potential cost overruns and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet established quality standards and client expectations.
Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned, areas for improvement, and celebrate successes.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
1 to 2 years of previous experience as a Project Manager.
Proven experience managing large-scale projects with cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Exceptional problem solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
