Responsibilities

Lead the project delivery of self-build housing solutions, acting as the main point of contact for private clients.

Produce RAMS and ensure successful project planning and scheduling.

Manage subcontractors effectively and be willing to travel nationally for projects.

A background in delivering timber frame projects

Ability to produce your own RAMS

Understanding & experience of delivering residential developments - preferably high end one off projects

Proven background in project planning and scheduling

Strong sub contract management skills

Willingness to travel Nationally for projects

Valid SMSTS, CSCS
