Responsibilities

Lead projects within a Product Development team
Support the product platform and projects with drug partners
Drive completion of product development and testing based on required design changes
Meet with drug partners 3-4 times/week and interact with them to improve the device
Update team's specification matrices based on test results and coordinate change implementation
Review Device Master Records (DMRs) and manage Bill of Materials (BOMs)

Required

BS degree minimum
5+ years of Medical Device industry experience in Product Development
2+ years of Project Management experience
Strong expertise in the review/update of Device Master Records and BOMs
Experience updating device specification matrices
Strong expertise coordinating and overseeing medical device testing and analyzing results to drive product improvements
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams
