Responsibilities

Establish and enforce department goals, objectives, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with business unit and regulatory standards.

Develop and manage the department's operating budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.

Oversee the selection, training, and performance evaluation of department staff, maintaining ongoing communication and providing feedback.

Collaborate with technical project managers and digital operations leaders to execute complex projects, manage resources, and achieve objectives.
