Responsibilities
Oversee and manage OPEN transition and network activities, including staffing structure, messaging, and long-term strategy
Stipend disbursement in partnership with CareQuest Institute staff
Support topic identification for ongoing capacity-building webinars
Maintain the centralized communication channel between Network members, currently OPEN communities
Partner with CareQuest Institute Analytics and Data Insights to capture key metrics to evaluate and track the impact of OPEN
Attend weekly grants team meetings and strategy sessions to ensure alignment across OPEN and grantmaking
Design and implement convenings associated with OPEN and ongoing capacity building
Partner with internal staff to develop the short- and long-term strategic direction of OPEN
Lead the process of refining the strategy, infrastructure and design of the network
Develop a process to evaluate the effectiveness of the network infrastructure including recommendations to improve the infrastructure based on results
Develop a process to prioritize OPEN’s goals, activities, and annual milestones
Develop a process to upgrade the centralized communication channel between Network members, currently OPEN communities

Required
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in relevant field
Two or more years of demonstrated success in project management
Experience managing and implementing network strategy
Strong organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a team
Demonstrated skill in high-level decision-making and problem-solving
Required to attend additional training as requested/deemed necessary
Preferred
Experience in health or non-profit settings a plus
