Responsibilities

Work closely with cross-functional teams that include but not limited to Product Management, Product Engineering, Implementation teams to manage the project process, including initiation, planning, execution, and closure.

Define and monitor project scope, schedule, and resources by engaging with all stakeholders.

Organize, schedule, and facilitate project meetings to ensure team alignment and progress.

Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and motivate team members towards achieving milestones.

Foster a positive and team-oriented attitude to encourage a collaborative work environment.

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, inspiring trust and transparency.

Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to continuously improve processes.

Document and follow up on important actions and decisions to maintain project integrity and progress.

Provide mentorship and support to team members, helping them grow their project management skills.

Perform risk management to minimize project and process risks, ensuring smooth project execution.

Monitor, track, and communicate the progress of project tasks and milestones to keep the project on track.

Successfully manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Maintain project documentation to ensure all project information is accurate and accessible.

Report and escalate to management as needed to address any issues promptly.

Deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations, making a significant impact on customer satisfaction.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree

3 years of project management experience

Healthcare Industry Experience

Detail-oriented with strong organization, multi-tasking, and tracking skills.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including an awareness of change management principles.

Intermediate skill set in Microsoft Office, including high proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project).

Positive and team-oriented attitude and approach to getting work done.

Ability to develop strong relationships with team members.

Solid, independent worker capable of managing several similar project tasks simultaneously.

Preferred

Knowledge of the 340B, PBM industry, or pharmacy operations

Certifications: CAPM, PMP, CSM
