Infrastructure Project Management
Reporting on project status to stakeholders and management

Complex problem determination and resolution skills
Working knowledge of Enterprise Infrastructure industry standards, including data centers, server farms/clusters, storage pools/arrays, networking topologies, and associated best practices
Working knowledge of cloud-hosted technologies and methodologies
Working knowledge of Telecommunication concepts such as SIP, H323 and other VoIP technologies
