Responsibilities
Management of technical and administrative aspects of environmental remediation projects.
Meeting project scope, schedule, budget requirements.
Directing, managing, and leading project teams to meet project objectives in-line with corporate and customer quality expectations.
Communicating effectively with clients, regulators, project team members, and company management.
Effectively manage project risks and develop mitigation approaches and strategies.
Supporting business development efforts, including leading or supporting proposal efforts.
Prepare and/or review project documents, construction plan sets, permits, and reports.
Work closely with clients, colleagues, and contractors to ensure construction activities are performed according to engineering plans, industry standards, and applicable environmental regulations.

Required
Minimum 6 years of experience executing and managing remediation/construction projects under CERCLA and RCRA, including oversight of project teams, management of budget, schedule, safety, quality, technical performance, and customer satisfaction.
BA/BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related academic field. (MA/MS in a related field may decrease the years of experience required).
Excellent time management and organization skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and keep organized to ensure timely and accurate work.
Ability to build consensus among leadership, internal, and external stakeholders through effective interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.
Responsive and reliable; self-motivated to follow through on commitments to colleagues and Clients.
Strong writing and communications skills.
Preferred
PE, PG, and/or PMP certifications.
Experience working with EPA, state, and local regulators.
Experience managing large scale federal environmental remediation construction projects.
Experience with remedial technologies and approaches.
Willingness to travel up to 20% for project site visits, client and agency meetings, and professional meetings.
