Responsibilities
Expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with global teams for successful API new product introductions, technology transfers, and product change requests.
Facilitate internal and external meetings, drive decision-making within the project team, and provide excellent customer service to stakeholders.
Follow a consistent, cross-functional project management approach by creating and monitoring project plans, action and risk logs, and project budgets.
Drive project delivery within scope, quality, time, and budget constraints to achieve high customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong collaborative working relationships, interact effectively with all levels within the organization, and build relationships with clients as the primary point of contact.
Track project progress, report status internally and to clients, and interact with all site functions for successful technology transfers.
Manage projects involving multiple sites and work with global teams to ensure project success.

Required
Bachelor's degree in chemistry or equivalent discipline with some experience of hands-on process, analytical or manufacturing experience in the pharmaceutical industry required, API experience preferred.
Experience in a project management role and demonstrated experience leading projects is required. Level of role will be determined by candidates' number of years' experience with increasing complexity.
Must have demonstrated experience in project execution, leadership, and application of project management best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to demonstrate strong relationship management, sense of urgency, negotiation, influencing, and teamwork are required.
Excellent MS Office skills including Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint required.
Knowledge of the regulatory aspects of the drug approval process and an awareness of cGMPs as they relate to drug substance manufacturing.
Experience building strategic work relationships, both internal and external.
Preferred
API experience preferred.
