Responsibilities
Manage the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to delivery, ensuring timelines, resourcing, and budgets align with customer agreements.
Serve as a primary contact, bridging the needs of customers and stakeholders, with strong communication skills across internal management, technical teams, and geographically distributed team members.
Gather and convey customer insights, prioritize feature requests, and champion product advancements.
Research industry trends and new technologies to keep Everi at the forefront.
Anticipate potential project risks and challenges, developing effective mitigation strategies to drive projects forward smoothly.
Act as a mentor to team members, providing Agile and Scrum coaching as needed to foster growth and maintain high team morale.

Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience in a relevant field.
5-8 years in a Project Management or Business Analyst role, with proven success managing multiple, simultaneous projects.
Expertise with project management methodologies and tools, Agile SDLC processes, and experience in effectively problem-solving complex project challenges.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows OS, with experience in CRMs, ERPs, and project management tools.
Ability to lead teams in a collaborative environment, managing expectations and providing clear, concise project updates.
Preferred
PMP or Six Sigma certification, showcasing commitment to excellence in project management.
