Responsibilities

Facilitate cross-functional and cross-organizational team members in a matrixed-managed environment.
Be responsible for project communications, project schedule, issue and risk tracking, and change management activities.
Apply business and technical knowledge to initiate corrective actions, as appropriate, to ensure that deliverables are produced on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

Required

At least three years of progressive experience as a business project manager providing complex, high-level support on organizational-wide initiatives.
In-depth knowledge of formal project management methodology and deliverables.
A strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
Exceptional communication skills, the ability to influence others, analytical skills, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution expertise.
Experience working with senior leadership and executives for organizational-wide projects.
Ability to work independently and drive results.
