Responsibilities

Participate in the development and execution of campaign strategies and framework, and have a clear understanding of integrated campaign KPIs, objectives, target audiences and deliverables.

Ensure seamless execution of campaigns and projects, including schedules, kickoff, reviews/approvals, compliance review and production.

Develop and publish project plans and manage project activities in accordance with plans to ensure commitments and deliverables are met within expected time frame; provide periodic status reports to stakeholders and management team; assist in the development of processes and procedures to streamline and increase efficiency of systems implementations and maintenance; document process flows, as needed.

Collaborate with others to provide cross-campaign oversight to ensure alignment and continuity of marketing campaign tactics. Ensure appropriate communication traffic cross all campaigns.

Capture all creative feedback and work with agency and internal creative to implement changes.

Oversee marketing calendar and ensure it is updated regularly and shared out broadly to all partners.

Partner with key stakeholders across the organization including lifecycle marketing, media, CRM, phoenix.edu, operations, legal and finance to ensure collaboration on all projects.

Work closely with supervisor and marketing operations team to document and implement change management initiatives.

Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.

Required

Bachelor’ degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related experience in field

Five (5) years of project management experience

Effective written and oral communication skills at all levels of an organization

Strong, proven operational management skills with experience in managing projects

Work enthusiastically and co-operatively to produce outstanding results

Proven experience working in cross-functional (internal and external) relationships including agency partners, internal clients, editors, and influencers

Excellent analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to perform analyses

Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience

Preferred

Familiarity with online project management systems, specific PMP and SCRUM experience/certificate are a big plus

Experience combining communication strategies and current market best practices with experience managing projects in a rapidly changing environment
