Responsibilities

Facilitate daily scrums and other Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)

Manage and optimize the project workflow using JIRA

Remove obstacles and foster team collaboration

Report project progress and key metrics to the project owner

Ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices

Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives

Manage project scope, timeline, and resources

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in software development

Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Basic understanding of healthcare industry trends and regulations

Preferred
